Local artist sculpts statue in honor of K-9 Officer Rocco
July 30, 2014 – WTAE TV – Local artist Susan Wagner has sculpted statues of Pittsburgh icons Roberto Clemente and Bill Mazeroski. Now she’s working on a tribute to fallen Pittsburgh police K-9 officer Rocco.
