Memorial Statue Of Police K-9 Rocco Unveiled On North Shore

August 8, 2015 – KDKA TV – Police officers from around the region were on the North Shore Saturday for the dedication of a new statue honoring slain K-9 officer Rocco. The statue was unveiled at the corner of North Shore Drive and Art Rooney Way, near Heinz Field.

The statue was created by Pittsburgh artist Susan Wagner, who also created the bronze statues of Roberto Clemente and other legends around PNC Park.
